Memento Beer: Crafted to protect memories
What if a beer could help slow the progression of Alzheimer’s disease?
That question inspired Memento Beer, the world’s first non-alcoholic craft beer created with a scientific purpose: helping protect the brain and preserve memory.
Memento is brewed with Cascade, Saaz, Summit and Tettnang hops, varieties studied for their antioxidant and neuroprotective compounds. The brewing process was optimized to preserve those properties.
The project is led by physiologist and craft brewer Dr. Glauco Caon. Every decision, from ingredient selection to production, is grounded in scientific rigor.
All profits support Alzheimer’s research. In its first months, more than 10,000 liters were distributed across 15 Brazilian cities with the support of six independent breweries.
A toast to science, memory and ideas that matter.
