A hybrid uniform that makes the double lives of Brazil’s female footballers impossible to ignore.
Visibility can transform reality.
In Brazil, 70% of female footballers need another job to support themselves. This double shift increases the risk of stress, burnout, sleep disorders and other mental health conditions, yet the reality remains largely invisible.
Inequality Uniform turns that hidden reality into a symbol that cannot be ignored. Each hybrid uniform combines a player’s jersey with the clothing of the profession she depends on away from the pitch.
Created for the Brazilian Women’s Football Institute, the campaign brought these uniforms to streets, stores and digital platforms. Every appearance carried the same message: for many athletes, the game never truly ends.
Because visibility is the first step toward change.
